Brian Waymire

Founder & CEO

Brian is a Purdue University graduate with over 23 years of industrial water treatment experience. He began his career at Industrial Water Consulting, advancing from service representative to Vice President of Business Development, co-authoring a patent-pending water conservation technology. In 2016, he founded IWC Innovations to deliver value-driven water management solutions. Brian has over 15 years of Legionella expertise and led development of the Legionella Smart Plan App. He has guided more than 200 building sanitizations using the patented HydroTreat™ process and is a nationally recognized presenter on ASHRAE 188 compliance and water treatment best practices.

Brian Pickett

Senior Vice President of Operations

Brian joined IWC Innovations in 2017 after holding multiple high-level management roles and quickly advanced from Service Specialist to a leader in Legionella Solutions. During the pandemic, he spearheaded IWC’s Covid-19 RT-qPCR testing program and has since helped produce over 500 water management plans. With expertise in water safety and innovative Legionella-risk reduction technologies, Brian has led or performed more than 1,000 sanitizations across 48 states. Known for strong leadership and rapid problem-solving, he is recognized nationwide for his work with state health departments and remains a leading expert in Legionella assessments and sanitization strategies.

Jeff Rogers, MPH

Vice President of Science & Technology

Jeff Rogers boasts a diverse background in public health, infectious disease epidemiology, microbiology, and medical research, with specialized expertise in water safety management and healthcare administration. His leadership experience spans both healthcare and research settings, showcasing proficiency in project management, data analysis, and innovative problem-solving. Rogers is dedicated to enhancing public health outcomes through meticulous research, strategic planning, and effective collaboration.

Chris Sullivan

Director of Sales

Having dedicated his entire career to the water industry, Chris’s journey began in the pharmaceutical world, where he specialized in high-purity water for drug manufacturing. Over the past 8 years, he has been instrumental in advancing water safety in healthcare, an area of critical importance. His commitment to ensuring the quality and safety of water aligns perfectly with our mission at IWC Innovations. Chris also holds certifications as a drinking water operator in both Indiana and Michigan, which highlight his dedication to excellence and regulatory compliance.

Danielle Tuladzieck

Danielle Tuladzieck is the Manager of Water Safety,  specializing in Legionella consultation. With an ASSE 12080 certification, she combines technical expertise with client-focused solutions to help organizations implement effective water management programs. Danielle’s career spans lab analysis, client success coordination, and case investigations, giving her a unique blend of scientific knowledge, regulatory insight, and customer care. Known for her approachable and professional style, she is a trusted advisor in ensuring safe, compliant water systems.

Bill Pearson, CWT

Senior Advisory Consultant 

Bill is a highly accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in the water treatment industry. A Biology/Medical Biochemistry graduate, he holds leadership roles in various industry associations, including the American Chemical Society (ACS) and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE International). Bill is a certified water technologist (CWT) and an ASSE 12080 Certified Legionella Specialist. With a rich history in the field, he has authored numerous publications, contributed to industry standards, and served in key positions within organizations such as the Association of Water Technologies (AWT) and the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Bill’s extensive expertise spans Legionella risk management, water treatment, and environmental health, making him a valuable asset to IWC Innovations and the industry at large.

Kirk Kureska

Senior Advisory Consultant 

Kirk Kureska brings over 35 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including significant service in state and national legislative roles. A highly organized and energetic executive, he has overseen multi-state operations, acquisitions, de novo projects, and major operational enhancements.

As a senior leader within some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations, Mr. Kureska is known for diagnosing organizational challenges, implementing effective solutions, and consistently delivering projects on time and under budget. His proven process model emphasizes strong team development, operational excellence, fiduciary accountability, and exceptional customer and employee satisfaction.

Throughout his career, he has advanced industry accountability through participation in compliance committees, accreditation work, and legislative review at both state and national levels.

Mr. Kureska holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, is a former licensed clinician, and is an international speaker on behavioral health policy, valuation, leadership, and organizational culture.
