Introducing Season 2



We have a really exciting next season coming up, where we are going to be diving into the harder side of water, some of those more complex situations that you might be dealing with, because we’ve covered a lot of the basics, but we want to dive into, you know, case investigations. What do I do if I ever have a Department of Health reach out to me? What are Remediations? What is Secondary Disinfection? We will dive more into testing because that is one of the most highly debated areas that we get into, because you know, if I test it then I might find it. And yes, you might find it which is a good thing. So, there’s a little preview of what’s to come. Hey, I don’t know about you, but I would rather know if I have something, and take care of it before it becomes a big problem. Because just like I said, the testing, the oversight, the scrutiny from the Department of Health-- we live it. We know exactly what they’re gonna ask for and it’s not fun. But the good news is we do it every day and we can walk you through it. Consultants, people that do this understand it. The biggest thing is take a deep breath and call us. We can fix it. [Absolutely] Our customers are thirsty for these drops of knowledge. It’s been fun to do, actually. You know, it’s one of those things we look forward to doing every day. You ever heard that saying, you know: "it’s what you don’t know that will hurt you”? I haven’t, but I have now. And here’s the good part, we will give you all the information we can, but it will be in small tidbits because we have to keep you entertained. Yeah, I mean I have a very short attention span, I just stopped listening to you. Yeah, I know everybody doesn’t listen to me, I get it.
